Description – Ferro cement sculpture on a steel stand. Part of a series of work loosely based on Deities and Mythological figures.
The base of the stand is can be hidden slightly under the earth / grass so it rises up in the garden scape.
This piece is shown here exhibited in Granby Park, a pop up event off Dominick st, Dublin 1. Other pieces in the same series have been exhibited in the Botanic gardens Sculpture in Context, Bloom, and other outdoor garden sculpture exhibitions.
A similar piece of the same series won the Large work of Distinction award another year at the Sculpture in Context show.
